Almonds Roasted with Soy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the almonds with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well so that the almonds are completely coated and let marinate for at least 10 Minutes. Set aside.
  2. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, set the time the time to 4 Minutes and the temperature to 400ºF (205ºC). Press Start.
  3. When Add Food appears on the display, place the almonds in the Instant Vortex basket, in a single layer.
  4. When Turn Food appears on the display, remove the basket from the Instant Vortex, shake the almonds and reinsert it.
  5. When the timer goes off, open the compartment and remove the almonds.
  6. Cool completely in a single layer before eating.
  7. Store in an air-tight container.
