Select Air Fry Set the temperature at 350 °F and the timer for 5 Minutes. Press Start.
When the Air Fryer has finished preheating, place the Salami slices inside of the basket. Make sure to have at least 1/2 in between the slices. Air fry in batches.
In the meantime, make the dip: in a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mustard, honey, cayenne pepper, and salt to taste.
When the cooking time is complete, open the basket and carefully remove the salami chips from the basket and place them on top of a plate lined with paper towels to drain the excess oil.
