Air Fryer Salami Chips with Spicy Mustard Dip


  • Salami, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Old style mustard
  • 1½ tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Select Air Fry Set the temperature at 350 °F and the timer for 5 Minutes. Press Start
  • When the Air Fryer has finished preheating, place the Salami slices inside of the basket. Make sure to have at least 1/2 in between the slices. Air fry in batches.
  • In the meantime, make the dip: in a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mustard, honey, cayenne pepper, and salt to taste.
  • When the cooking time is complete, open the basket and carefully remove the salami chips from the basket and place them on top of a plate lined with paper towels to drain the excess oil.
  • Set aside and let it cool completely.
  • Transfer to a serving plate.
  • Serve and enjoy!
