Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1–2 tbsp. balsamic glaze
  • 1–2 tbsp. of honey
  • Parmesan, shredded, as desired

Crispy, caramelized, and full of flavor, these Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze are an easy and healthy side dish or snack. Perfectly cooked in the Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer, they’re ready in minutes with minimal cleanup.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place halved Brussels sprouts in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F / 205°C for 3 minutes.
  3. Transfer seasoned Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air Fry at 400°F / 205°C for 7-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  4. Once cooked, transfer Brussels sprouts to a serving bowl. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and honey and toss lightly to coat.
  5. Enjoy warm with shredded Parmesan cheese on top!
