Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1–2 tbsp. balsamic glaze
  • 1–2 tbsp. of honey
  • Parmesan, shredded, as desired
Instructions
  • Place halved Brussels sprouts in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F / 205°C for 3 minutes.
  • Transfer seasoned Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air Fry at 400°F / 205°C for 7-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Once cooked, transfer Brussels sprouts to a serving bowl. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and honey and toss lightly to coat.
  • Enjoy warm with shredded Parmesan cheese on top!
