Who said you can’t make pasta in an air fryer! This recipe is simple, tasty, and perfect for an easy weeknight dinner. Make sure to thoroughly mix all the ingredients together before adding to the air fryer basket.

Ingredients
  • 16 oz. ground Italian sausage
  • 16 oz. potato gnocchi
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions
  • Using a spoon, break up the ground Italian sausage into bite size pieces, loosely resembling mini meatballs. Add to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the raw potato gnocchi, broccoli, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and garlic to the bowl. Mix until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 385°F / 195°C. Add the entire mixing bowl of ingredients to the basket and Air Fry for 15 minutes, tossing the ingredients halfway. The broccoli will be charred and the gnocchi golden brown.
  • Disperse among serving plates and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
