Air Fried Sausage and Broccoli Gnocchi


  • 16 oz ground Italian sausage
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 16 oz potato gnocchi
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Using a spoon, break up the ground Italian sausage into bite size pieces, loosely resembling mini meatballs. Add to a very large mixing bowl.
  • Add the raw potato gnocchi, broccoli, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and garlic cloves to the bowl. Mix until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 385°F / 195°C. Add the entire mixing bowl of ingredients to the basket and air fry for 15 Minutes, tossing the ingredients halfway. The broccoli will be charred and the gnocchi golden brown.
  • Disperse among serving plates and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
