Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp butter
No more smokey kitchen while frying your steak. Now with this Air Fried Steak you can have your steak cooked to medium in no time and keep your kitchen smoke free.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the steaks onto a cutting board. Coat both sides of each of each steak with olive oil and season well with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Preheat the Instant Pot Vortex® to 400°F / 205°C and set the time to 8 minutes. Add the steaks to the heated air fryer basket.
  3. Air Fry for 4 minutes.
  4. Flip the steaks and add butter to each one. Air Fry for an additional 4 minutes.
  5. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
