8 Donuts
Ingredients
  • 1 can of store-bought biscuit dough
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F / 190°C.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix the granulated sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice to create the cinnamon-sugar pumpkin spice coating. Set aside.
  • Pop open the can of biscuits and use a small round cookie cutter (about ¼ inch) to cut a hole in the center of each biscuit to form a donut shape. After forming the donuts, you can either Air Fry the cuttings for 4 minutes to make donut holes or throw them away!
  • Once the air fryer is preheated, place a sheet of parchment paper down and space out 4 donuts.
  • Air Fry for 8 minutes, flipping each donut halfway through to ensure both sides are golden brown.
  • Remove the donuts from the air fryer, dip them in melted butter, then coat them in the cinnamon sugar pumpkin spice mix. Serve and enjoy!
