Ingredients

  • 1 can of store-bought biscuit dough
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Looking for the best treat to pair with your morning coffee this fall? These five ingredient Air-Fried Pumpkin Spice Donuts are so easy to make and the perfect pumpkin spice bite.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F / 190°C.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix the granulated sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice to create the cinnamon-sugar pumpkin spice coating. Set aside.
  3. Pop open the can of biscuits and use a small round cookie cutter (about ¼ inch) to cut a hole in the center of each biscuit to form a donut shape. After forming the donuts, you can either Air Fry the cuttings for 4 minutes to make donut holes or throw them away!
  4. Once the air fryer is preheated, place a sheet of parchment paper down and space out 4 donuts.
  5. Air Fry for 8 minutes, flipping each donut halfway through to ensure both sides are golden brown.
  6. Remove the donuts from the air fryer, dip them in melted butter, then coat them in the cinnamon sugar pumpkin spice mix. Serve and enjoy!
