Adult Spaghetti-Os alla Vodka


  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • ¼ cup vodka
  • 1 cup passata
  • 1 lb. anellini pasta
  • 2 ½ cups chicken broth
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan, plus more for serving
  • Fresh basil, for serving
  • Press Sauté – High/More for 10 Minutes. Add the butter and olive oil. Stir until melted.
  • Add the minced onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano. Sauté for 3-5 Minutes until translucentand fragrant.
  • Add the tomato paste and sauté for an additional minute, or until any excess liquid has evaporated. Stir frequently to avoid burning.
  • Add the vodka sauce to deglaze the pan, scraping up any bits from the bottom. Add the chicken broth, passata, and pasta. Stir until the pasta is evenly coated.
  • Pressure Cook on High for 3 Minutes. Allow the pot to naturally release for 5 Minutes, then flip the valve to release any remaining pressure.
  • Press Cancel. Stir in the heavy cream and grated parmesan until the sauce is thick and the cheese is melted. Top with basil and additional parmesan. Enjoy!
