Ace Plus Blender - Fresh Strawberry Panna Cotta


  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1 1/2 tsp unflavored ­gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Additional berries for garnish
  • Add strawberries and sugar to the blender pitcher and secure the lid.
  • Touch PULSE, then touch START.
  • Touch SOUP two times (creamy soup) and use +/- to set the time to 12:21 minutes , then touch START.
  • Meanwhile, when Soup program reaches the 8:00 minute mark, fill a small bowl with 2 tbsp cold water and sprinkle gelatin over the top. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  • When Soup program reaches the 2:30 minute mark, touch PAUSE, remove the lid cap and pour dissolved gelatin and water mixture into blender pitcher. Replace the lid cap and touch START to resume.
  • When Soup program is complete, remove the lid and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add cream and lemon juice, scrape down the sides of the pitcher, then secure the lid.
  • Touch PULSE, then START. After 3 pulses, touch CANCEL.
  • Divide mixture evenly among six 4 oz ramekins and cover with plastic wrap. Chill until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Top with fresh berries and serve.
