Add strawberries and sugar to the blender pitcher and secure the lid.
Touch PULSE, then touch START.
Touch SOUP two times (creamy soup) and use +/- to set the time to 12:21 minutes , then touch START.
Meanwhile, when Soup program reaches the 8:00 minute mark, fill a small bowl with 2 tbsp cold water and sprinkle gelatin over the top. Let stand for 5 minutes.
When Soup program reaches the 2:30 minute mark, touch PAUSE, remove the lid cap and pour dissolved gelatin and water mixture into blender pitcher. Replace the lid cap and touch START to resume.
When Soup program is complete, remove the lid and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
Add cream and lemon juice, scrape down the sides of the pitcher, then secure the lid.
Touch PULSE, then START. After 3 pulses, touch CANCEL.
Divide mixture evenly among six 4 oz ramekins and cover with plastic wrap. Chill until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight.
