Ace Blender - Whole Wheat Pancakes


  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp canola or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher or sea salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • Add ingredients to the blender to the blender pitcher and secure lid.
  • Blend on “Low” manual setting for 10 seconds then select “Med” manual setting and blend for additional 10 seconds. Select “Cancel” to stop blending. If needed, scrape sides of pitcher with rubber spatula and blend for additional 5 seconds.
  • Allow batter to rest for 5 minutes.
  • Heat griddle over medium heat and grease. Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter onto heated griddle and cook approximately 1 minute or until bubbles break the surface and the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook approximately 20-30 seconds.
  • Repeated with remaining batter.
