Ingredients

  • ½ baguette, or whatever bread you have
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1½ tbsp garlic paste
  • oregano, to taste
  • ⅔ cups(50g) freshly grated cheese, optional
  • 2 chicken wings
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • 2 native potatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 ½ tbsp white sugar or honey
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • ½ tbsp mustard
  • ½ tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar or juice of 1 lemon
  • 5 rolls
  • 5 ham slices
  • 10 Edam cheese slices
  • oregano, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the bread into thick slices and spread with the butter and then with the garlic. Add oregano, cheese, and a little more oregano.
  2. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 4 Minutes and temperature to 355ºF (180ºC).
  3. Place the slices in the basket and let brown. Serve and enjoy.
  4. Season the wings with salt and pepper.
  5. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 20 Minutes and temperature to 350ºF (180ºC).
  6. When there are 7 minutes left for the time to be up, add the potatoes, previously seasoned with salt, pepper, and oil. Let cook until the 20 minutes are up.
  7. Meanwhile mix all the ingredients for the BBQ sauce. When the wings are ready, dip in the sauce and serve. Serve with the fries.
  8. Cut the rolls and fill them with the ham as a base, then the cheese, and oregano to taste.
  9. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 4 Minutes and temperature to 355ºF (180ºC).
  10. Place the buns in the basket and let the bread brown and the cheese melt. Serve and enjoy.
