INSTRUCTIONS In a large bowl, toss apple slices with lemon juice. Pour 1/3 cup water into the Instant Pot, then put in the apples. Sprinkle brown sugar, maple syrup and cinnamon over the apples and stir to combine. Secure the lid, making sure the vent is closed. Using the display panel select the MANUAL or PRESSURE COOK function*. Use the +/- keys and program the Instant Pot for 5 minutes. When the time is up, quick-release the pressure. Mix gently and serve alone, or over ice cream or pound cake.
