Ingredients
  • 1 ⅓ lb (600 g) apples peeled and sliced or diced
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ⅔ cup sweetener I will be using monk fruit; coconut or panela sugar are good options too
  • ¼ cup vegan butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • ½ cup panela or coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ cup coconut oil just taken out of the refrigerator
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Dried fruit, optional
Instructions
  • Mix the apples with all the ingredients on the list until thoroughly combined. Pour this mixture into the mold.
  • To prepare the crumble, mix all the dry ingredients; then add the coconut oil and mix in with your hands until you have a sandy, crumble-like mixture.
  • Place on top of your previous mixture in the mold and spread well to cover all the apples. We recommend using the Instant Vortex Round Cake Pan.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 340˚F (170°C). Press Start.
  • When the time is up, open the basket and remove the mold.
  • Enjoy warm with a scoop of ice cream.
