Strawberry Cheesecake Swirl Ice Cream

Fresh strawberry jam ribboned through a creamy vanilla base, finished with a crunch of graham cracker. All the flavors of a classic cheesecake, churned into a scoop you can make at home in minutes with the InstantChill™ Ice Cream Maker.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the heavy whipping cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt directly into the InstantChill™ Mixing Bowl.
- Use the Ice Cream Program, set to 20 minutes.
- Once the cycle is complete, run the Mix Program. Open the Churning Bowl window and add the crushed graham crackers while mixing for even distribution.
- Once mixing is complete, scoop half the ice cream into a freezer-safe container. Spoon strawberry jam over the top, then add the remaining ice cream. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the jam through gently.
- Enjoy immediately for a soft serve texture, or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer scoop.
