Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • Pinch of fine sea salt
  • Mix-Ins
  • ½ cup mini pretzels, roughly crushed
  • 3 tbsp. caramel sauce
  • Toppings
  • Flaky sea salt, for topping

Sweet cream meets the snap of a pretzel and the slow pull of golden caramel. Each scoop has crunch, richness, and just enough salt to keep you coming back. Made in minutes in the InstantChill™ Ice Cream Maker, but it tastes like something you'd wait in line for.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the heavy whipping cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt directly into the InstantChill™ Mixing Bowl.
  2. Use the Ice Cream Program, set to 20 minutes.
  3. Once the cycle is complete, run the Mix Program. Open the Churning Bowl window and add the crushed pretzels while mixing for even distribution.
  4. Once mixing is complete, scoop half the ice cream into a freezer-safe container. Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the top, then add the remaining ice cream. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the caramel through gently.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt over the top before serving.
  6. Enjoy immediately for a soft serve texture, or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer scoop.
