INSTRUCTIONS Add the oil, chive, carrot, condiments, lentils, and rice to the Instant Pot inner pot. Stir. Press Saute and set time to 4 Minutes. Stir with wooden spoon until time is up. Then add water. Press Pressure Cook and set time to 8 Minutes. Once done, press pressure button to release all the air and open the lid. You can serve immediately along with vegetables or let cool, store in a glass storage container, and put in the refrigerator.
