INSTRUCTIONS Pour one cup of water in the Instant Pot and insert the steam rack. Place carrots in a steamer basket and lower steamer basket onto the steam rack. Secure the lid, making sure the vent is closed. Using the display panel select the Manual or Pressure Cool function*. Use the +/- keys and program the Instant Pot for 3 Minutes. When the time is up, quick-release the pressure and carefully remove the carrots. Drain the liquid from the pot. Add remaining ingredients to the pot and stir to combine. Add in cooked carrots and stir to coat. Turn the pot off by selecting Cancel, then select the Saute function. Cook and stir for 2-4 Minutes to desired consistency. Serve hot garnished with additional fresh thyme.
