Fruity Pebbles Rolled Ice Cream

Pour. Sprinkle. Spread. Roll. Fruity Pebbles get folded into a sweet, creamy base, then turned into perfect rolls with the InstantChill™ Ice Cream Maker. It’s as fun to make as it is to eat.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a bowl, whisk together the heavy whipping cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla and salt until smooth and the sugar is dissolved.
2. Use the Rolled Ice Cream program, letting the Cold Plate chill for at least 5 minutes.
3. Pour 1/4 -1/3 cup of the base mixture onto the Cold Plate. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Fruity Pebbles into the middle. 
4. Using the two Rolled Ice Cream Paddles, spread and fold continuously until the mixture thickens into a smooth, creamy consistency.
5. Knead quickly with both Paddles, chopping and folding to evenly cool and aerate.
6. Spread the mixture into a thin, even rectangle about 1/8-inch thick.
7. Let it sit for 20-30 seconds until matte and firm. 
8. Hold one Paddle at a 45 degree angle and push steadily forward to create rolls.
9. Transfer the rolls into a cup or bowl and serve immediately. Scrape any residue off the plate and repeat with the remaining mixture. Top the rolls with additional cereal and eat immediately.
