Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup kataifi dough
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup pistachio cream
  • 1 chocolate bar
  • 1/4 cup roasted pistachios

Creamy vanilla ice cream loaded with crushed chocolate and crunchy pistachios, made fresh in just 20 minutes with the new InstantChill™ Ice Cream Maker. Finished with crispy toasted kataifi dough mixed with rich pistachio cream for the ultimate Dubai chocolate-inspired crunch.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract to the InstantChill™ churning bowl. Select the Ice Cream function, set to 20 minutes.
  2. While the ice cream is churning, pan fry the kataifi dough in a tablespoon of butter until golden and crispy. Mix it with the pistachio cream and set aside. 
  3. Roughly crush a chocolate bar and chop the roasted pistachios. When the ice cream pulls away from the sides and has a firmer texture, open the window on the lid and add the chocolate and pistachios until everything is thoroughly mixed in. 
  4. Serve immediately and top with the crispy pistachio kataifi mixture for the ultimate Dubai chocolate-inspired finish.
