Double Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream

If your ideal dessert involves chocolate on chocolate with more chocolate as a backup plan, start here. Made in the InstantChill™ Ice Cream Maker, this Double Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream is smooth, deeply chocolatey, and finished with brownie pieces that get pulled into every scoop.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Whisk the cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, and the whole milk in a small bowl until completely smooth.
- Add the chocolate mixture, heavy whipping cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt directly into the InstantChill™ Mixing Bowl.
- Use the Ice Cream program, set to 20 minutes. When the ice cream pulls away from the sides and has a firmer texture, open the window on the lid and add the brownie pieces. Churn for another minute or two until combined or the program is complete.
- Once the program is complete, scoop the ice cream into bowls or containers and enjoy immediately. Option to freeze for a firmer texture.
