Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup whole milk
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of fine sea salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. caramel sauce
Toppings
Caramel sauce, to taste
Crushed cinnamon sugar pita chips, to taste

It’s not trying to be a churro. It just borrows the best part—the cinnamon-sugar hit—and builds from there. The InstantChill™ Ice Cream Maker handles the creamy part, you finish it with caramel and crunch.

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the heavy whipping cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, ground cinnamon, and caramel sauce directly into the InstantChill™ Mixing Bowl.
Use the Ice Cream program, set to 20 minutes.
When there are 3 minutes remaining in the program, add in a handful or two of crushed cinnamon sugar pita chips.
Once the program is complete, scoop the ice cream into bowls or containers, top with extra caramel sauce and cinnamon sugar pita chips, and enjoy immediately. Freeze for a firmer texture.
