Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • Sweetener to taste
  • Peanut butter
  • Greek yogurt
  • Raspberry
  • Mint leaf
  • Chancaca (panela) syrup
Instructions
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Add the mixture to a greased, oven-safe container.
  • In the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 350˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and insert the container. Close.
  • Lastly, unmold and add toppings.
