INSTRUCTIONS Peel beetroot with a potato peeler. Use a sharp knife or mandoline slicer to cut 2 mm thick slices. Place on paper towels and let dry for 10 minutes. Once dry, place in a bowl, season with the oil, salt and pepper. Place in the Instant Vortex rack without piling them on top of each other. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, set time to 13 Minutes and temperature to 305°F (152°C). Press Start. Let cool and serve with hot sauce. Enjoy!
