INSTRUCTIONS Wash the mushrooms and pat dry. Mix the soya milk and lemon juice together and place the mushrooms in this mixture to soak for 15 Minutes. Mix together spices and flour. After 15 Minutes get your mushrooms and place them in the flour mixture until coated, then into the soya milk. Repeat twice so they’re double coated. Select Air Fry and set the time to 15 Minutes at 375°F. Once cooked, let them cool for a minute and enjoy with a dip of choice.
