Ingredients

  • 2 cups fruit juice (any variety)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp. hot water
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • Pinch of sea salt

Pick a juice and see where it goes! There's no wrong answer here, just add a little lemon, a touch of sweetness, and let the InstantChill™ Ice Cream Maker turn it into a smooth sorbet that’s entirely your call.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and hot water. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved to create a simple syrup.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the fruit juice of your choice, lemon juice, and salt.
  3. Add the simple syrup to the juice mixture and stir to combine. 
  4. Pour the mixture into the InstantChill Mixing Bowl.
  5. Use the Sorbet program, set to 24 minutes
  6. When the program is complete, scoop the sorbet into bowls or containers and enjoy immediately. Freeze further for a firmer texture.
