Ingredients

  • 1/2 tasse d'eau
  • 8 onces de courge jaune Crookneck
  • 225 g de courgettes
  • 12 onces d'aubergines chinoises
  • 1 poivron orange
  • 3 champignons Portobello
  • 6 onces d'oignon rouge
  • 24 onces de pommes de terre Yukon Gold
  • 29 onces de tomates rôties au feu
  • 1/2 tasse de basilic

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Placez tous les ingrédients sauf le basilic frais dans un Instant Pot de 8 litres et faites cuire à haute pression pendant 10 minutes.
  2. Relâchez rapidement la pression et incorporez le basilic.
  3. Servir avec du riz si désiré. J'aime ajouter 500 à 800 ml de riz cuit au ragoût avant de servir. Bon appétit !
