  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • ¼ cup milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 apples diced (can be peeled or unpeeled)
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 4 tbsp light brown sugar can be omitted for sugar-free version
  • ½ cup walnuts, chopped
  • Apricot jam, can be sugar-free
Instructions
  • Mix all the dough ingredients together in a bowl. Knead well, cover, and let rest for 15 Minutes.
  • Use small silicone molds. Divide the dough into 6 small balls and roll out. Spread out in each of the molds and with a fork, pinching the bottom of the molds with dough.
  • Mix the diced apple with lemon, cinnamon, brown sugar, butter, and walnuts. Set aside.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 12 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, add the silicone molds with the dough. Close tray and let cook.
  • When 2 Minutes have passed on the screen (that is, when you see that there are 10 Minutes left), open the tray and cover the crust with apricot jam. Add about 3 tbsp of the apple mixture. Repeat with all the molds.
  • Bake for another 10 Minutes at the same temperature.
