Tater Tot Nachos


  • 16 oz frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups Mexican shredded cheese
  • 1 can (14 oz) black beans
  • 1 large chicken breast
  • Salt as needed
  • Black pepper as needed
  • Pickled jalapeños
  • Sour cream, as needed
  • Pico de gallo, as needed
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • Generously salt and pepper both sides of the chicken breast. Air Fry the produce at 375°F / 190°C for 12-13 Minutes, or until seared and golden. Let it rest on a plate for 5 Minutes, then dice and set aside.
  • Layer the frozen tater tots in the air fryer basket. Air Fry the tots at 400°F / 205°C for 14-16 Minutes, or until the tater tots are crunchy and golden.
  • Reduce the Air Fryer temperature to 375°F / 195°C. Add the shredded cheese and black beans. Air Fry for 5 Minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  • Carefully remove the cheesy tater tots from the basket and place on a plate. Top with diced chicken, sour cream, pickled jalapenos, pico de gallo, and sliced avocado. Enjoy!
