Tater Tot Cups

Ingredients
  • 48 frozen Tater Tots
  • ½ - 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, to garnish
  • Sour cream, to garnish
  • Chives minced, to garnish
  • Ground black pepper, to garnish
  • Red pepper flakes, to garnish
Instructions
  • This recipe uses 12 silicone muffin cups. Start by placing 4 tater tots in each muffin cup.
  • Add 6 muffin cups to the air fryer bin. Air fry at 380˚F / 190 ˚C for 5 – 6 Minutes, or until warmed.
  • Without removing the muffin cups from the air fryer bin, use a small jar to crush the tater tots, then use a teaspoon to make an indent in each muffin cup of tots.
  • Close the basket and Air Fry at 380˚F / 190 ˚C for 2-4 more Minutes, or until crispy.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the tops and air fry for an additional 2 minutes, or until melted.
  • Use tongs to remove the muffin cups from the air fryer bin. Repeat with the remaining muffin cups.
  • Once cooled, remove tater tots from muffin cups and garnish with sour cream, chives, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
