Sweet & Sour Brussels Sprouts


  • 1 ½ lb brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • ½ tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, garnish
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce, sriracha and garlic.
  • Add the brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss well to coat evenly.
  • Open the lid, place the air fry tray inside of the basket. Select Air Fry and set the temperature to 400°F. Press Time and set for 13 Minutes. Press Start.
  • Once preheated and displays Add Food, add the brussels sprouts to the tray spreading out in an even layer. Close the lid.
  • Use kitchen tongs and move the brussels sprouts around every 5 Minutes during cooking.
  • Once the cooking time has finished, transfer the brussels sprouts to a serving platter, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
