INSTRUCTIONS In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, dijon mustard, and 1/2 teaspoon herbs de Provence mix. Place the salmon fillets in the AF basket and brush the butter mixture onto the salmon fillets. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the salmon fillets and place the lemon slices on them. Close the AF basket, select Roast - 400°F / 205°C, 15 Minutes. Press Start. Once the AF shows the Add Food Meanwhile, place the asparagus on a cooking pan, and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Put it aside. Once the AF shows the ‘Turn Food’ sign, remove the AF basket and arrange asparagus in the AF basket. Close the AF basket and let it continue to cook. Once the cooking cycle ends, remove the AF basket and let it rest a couple of minutes. Serve the salmon fillets with asparagus evenly on each serving plate.
