Super Easy Roast Salmon and Asparagus


  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp herbes de Provence
  • 4 salmon filet
  • Salt & pepper as needed
  • ½ lemon, finely sliced
  • ½ lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, dijon mustard, and 1/2 teaspoon herbs de Provence mix.
  • Place the salmon fillets in the AF basket and brush the butter mixture onto the salmon fillets.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on the salmon fillets and place the lemon slices on them.
  • Close the AF basket, select Roast - 400°F / 205°C, 15 Minutes. Press Start.
  • Once the AF shows the Add Food
  • Meanwhile, place the asparagus on a cooking pan, and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Put it aside.
  • Once the AF shows the ‘Turn Food’ sign, remove the AF basket and arrange asparagus in the AF basket. Close the AF basket and let it continue to cook.
  • Once the cooking cycle ends, remove the AF basket and let it rest a couple of minutes.
  • Serve the salmon fillets with asparagus evenly on each serving plate.
