INSTRUCTIONS On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast and then set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 395°F (200°C). Press Start. Add the mixture to the basket and close. Peel and open in half. Mix the chicken, mozzarella cheese, and salt and pepper to taste; fill poblano peppers. Cover with more mozzarella cheese. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 375°F (190°C). Press Start. Add the mixture to the basket and close. Put tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish and put peppers on top. Serve with sour cream and parsley to taste.
