Ingredients

  • 3 boneless chicken thigh
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Toasted sesame for serving
  • Chives, finely sliced for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken with the soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and sesame oil. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
  2. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then the set the time to 20 minutes and temperature to 375°F / 190°C. Press Start.
  3. Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and add the chicken. Close. Discard the excess liquid left in the bowl.
  4. Serve with toasted sesame and chopped chives. Accompany with rice, potatoes, salad, or serve in tortillas.
