Smoked seafood dip with buttery baked crackers

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs cream cheese
  • ½ c kewpie mayo
  • 2 c sharp Cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • 2 tbsp This Little Goat went to Southeast Asia Sauce
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 c smoked tin shellfish, mussels/oysters/& or clams
  • 3 dashes of Franks Red Hot
  • ½ C butter, melted
  • 1 sleeve of saltine crackers
Instructions
  • In Instant Pot Mixer combine all ingredients mixing until well combined.
  • Place mixture into a bake safe dish and bake at 375°F for 10 Minutes.
  • Quickly dip crackers in melted butter.
  • Air Fryer at 350°F for 3 Minutes or until crackers are golden brown.
  • Sprinkle chopped dill.
