Ingredients

  • 15 cocktail potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt to
  • Pepper to
  • Chili flakes
  • Paprika to
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano to
  • Thyme sprigs to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In pot with boiling water and salt, cook the potatoes.
  2. In a bowl, season the potatoes with all the ingredients.
  3. Flatten with the bottom of a glass on a non-stick surface or on parchment paper.
  4. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 390˚F (200˚C). Press Start.
  5. Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and add the potatoes. Close.
  6. When prompted by the fryer, turn the potatoes over to the other side.
  7. Finally add thyme leaves and serve with the sauce you prefer; I paired it with BBQ sauce.
