Arrange the ham slices on the cooking pan with parchment paper.
Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a small bowl in a microwave and add 2 tbsp pineapple juice, 1 tbsp orange marmalade, 1 tsp lemon juice, and salt and pepper and mix them thoroughly.
Spoon the glaze onto the ham slices and spread it with the back of a spoon to cover the slices. Lay the pineapple rings on top of each ham slice and then two sprigs of thyme; place a cherry tomato in the center of each pineapple.
Set the Instant Omni oven to Bake at 450°F for 5 minutes.
