INSTRUCTIONS Press Saute and set the time to 30 Minutes. Insert the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot® and place oil, eye of round steak or roast beef, salt, pepper, spices and broth. Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Once the time is up, press Cancel and turn the steam release handle to Venting. Remove the lid from the Instant Pot ® and use kitchen tongs to remove the cooked eye of round steak or roast beef and cut into thin slices. To serve, place slices of the meat, ranch sauce and red onion on half a baguette.
