Roast Beef Sandwich

INSTRUCTIONS
- Press Saute and set the time to 30 Minutes.
- Insert the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot® and place oil, eye of round steak or roast beef, salt, pepper, spices and broth.
- Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Once the time is up, press Cancel and turn the steam release handle to Venting.
- Remove the lid from the Instant Pot ® and use kitchen tongs to remove the cooked eye of round steak or roast beef and cut into thin slices.
- To serve, place slices of the meat, ranch sauce and red onion on half a baguette.
