Rice Fritters


  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 small eggs
  • 2 large carrots
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped parsley
  • Enough flour to form the fritters
  • Greek yogurt with curry
  • In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, egg, salt, pepper, grated carrot, chopped parsley and flour, and form the fritters.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C) . Press Start .
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, add the fritters. Close tray and let cook.
  • When done, serve immediately with Greek yogurt mixed with curry powder.
  • For crispier fritters, instead of 10 Minutes, make it 13 Minutes and check.
