Mix the flour with the baking powder. Combine the egg with the yogurt and then pour onto the flour. Mix and form a soft, slightly sticky dough (add more flour if necessary). Place on a work surface lightly dusted with flour and knead gently for 2 Minutes. Divide the dough into 4 portions and form round rolls. Brush with the egg yolk and sprinkle with the seed mix.
On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set time to 15 MINUTES and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and place the rolls on the rack. Close.
