INSTRUCTIONS Activate the yeast with the water (warm) for a few minutes. In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients (salt, sugar, and flour). Add the bowl of water and instant yeast to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix until a smooth, homogeneous dough is formed. Make long strips and then twist, making a type of open-ended braid. Brush with melted butter and a bit of salt. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set time to 8 Minutes and temperature to 395°F (200°C). Press Start. Once Add Food appears on the display, add the pretzels. Close the tray and let cook. Remove and finish with a bit more butter. Serve hot.
