Pizza Seasoning Pepitas


  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups raw pepitas
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and olive oil. Stir to combine into a pizza seasoning spice paste.
  • Add pepitas to the bowl and mix to thoroughly coat all the seeds.
  • Line the bottom of the air fryer basket with a single sheet of aluminum foil. Top with pizza seasoned pepitas in a single layer and Air Fry in batches at 385°F for 6-8 minutes, or until fragrant and toasted. Repeat with any remaining unroasted pepitas.
  • Serve warm or cooled!
