Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot®. Press Saute and set the time to 10 Minutes . Add onion, garlic and sauté for about 5 minutes. Then place the ground coriander and yellow chili pepper.
Add the broth or water, the corn, pepper, carrots, and rice.
Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Soup/Broth and set the time to 15 Minutes.
About 5 minutes before finishing, add the seafood mix and the peas.
