Peach Salad


  • 6 cups water
  • 2 lb white potato, cubed
  • ⅓ lb sliced ham, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • ⅔ cup pecan pcs diced
  • 5 peaches, diced
  • Salt, as needed
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Insert the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot® and add the potatoes.
  • Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid, making sure the steam release handle is turned to "Sealing". Press Soup/Broth and set the time to 4 Minutes. When the time is up, release the Steam (by turning the handle).
  • Once all the pressure has been released, open the lid, remove the potatoes, strain, and set aside.
  • When cooled, add all the other ingredients and mix everything very well.
  • Serve and add a bit of nuts on top (it can be pecans or walnuts).
