Omni 18L Family - Coconut Shrimp Bites


  • 1 lbs Large shrimp
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 cup Coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Powdered garlic
  • Rinse and dry the shrimp.
  • Set up a breading station with three bowls.
  • In the first bowl add the flour.
  • In the second bowl whisk egg and coconut milk.
  • In the third bowl combine the panko breadcrumbs, shredded coconut, salt, paprika and powdered garlic.
  • Working one at a time, dip shrimp into flour, then coat in egg mixture, then coat in breadcrumb mixture. Make sure to shake off the excess flour and breadcrumb mixture.
  • Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, so they are not overlapping. Cook two batches if necessary.
  • Make sure the cooking pan is inserted in the oven at the air fry level.
  • Select Air Fry370°F and set time for 12 minutes.
  • When oven is preheated, place the air fryer basket on the cooking pan.
  • When cooking time is completed carefully remove the shrimp and place on serving platter.
  • Serve with your favorite dip!
