Neapolitan Smoothie Bowl, Vegan and with No Added Sugar

Ingredients
  • 1½ frozen banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp monk fruit or sweetener of choice
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ¼ tsp monk fruit or sweetener of choice
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp monk fruit or sweetener of choice
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • Fruit peanuts and grated chocolate
Instructions
  • Place the ingredients for the vanilla part in the Ace Nova blender, press Smoothie, or Blend until you have the desired consistency. Set aside. Repeat with the strawberry and chocolate parts.
  • Serve in a bowl using a third of the bowl for each flavor; garnish with toppings. Enjoy!
