Cut the puff pastry sheet into ½ inch strips. Wrap one strip across the top of the cheese, starting and ending at the back of the block so the seams aren’t showing. Leave a gap for the eyes, and wrap an additional 6-7 strips in a haphazard fashion around the middle to bottom of the brie cheese. If the strips do not stick, add a bit of water and pinch slightly onto another strip to adhere.
Air Fry at 350°F / 175°C for 10-12 Minutes, until the puff pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melty. Carefully remove from the air fryer.
Place a serving platter and add two dots of jam within the open space for the mummy eyes. Additionally, you can add candy eyes on top of the jam for a more realistic effect. Serve the baked brie with additional jam and crackers. Enjoy!
