Meat Roll with Ham and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (½ kg) steak or tenderloin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices Edam cheese
  • 8 slices chicken ham or ham
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 yellow potatoes, regular size
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Paprika powder cumin (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Stretch out the meat and divide into two portions of ½ lb (250 g) each. Pound each one lightly with a heavy object.
  2. Season the meat on both sides.
  3. In the middle of each portion, add the cheese and the ham. Roll up until completely closed, in the shape of a roll or pionono. Set aside.
  4. To bread, use the following order: flour, egg, breadcrumbs. Set aside.
  5. Cut potatoes in batonnets, add olive oil, paprika, and cumin. Mix.
  6. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 390ºF (200ºC).
  7. Once Add Food appears on the display, add the rolls and potatoes.
  8. Serve and accompany with salad and dipping sauces.
