Marinated Chicken Tajín


  • 4 chicken thigh
  • 4 chicken leg
  • 14 oz ancho chili pepper
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp beef bouillon powder
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • Dry chicken pieces with paper towels and place in a bowl.
  • In a blender or food processor, blend the chipotles, greek yogurt or mayonnaise, lime or lemon juice, consommé, and Tajín. Brush chicken pieces with this mixture (set some aside), spreading it well on all sides.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast, set time to 20 Minutes and temperature to 375°F / 190°C. Press Start.
  • Keep checking the time until chicken is browned and cooked through. Flip chicken halfway through and baste with more sauce. Serve hot and enjoy!
