Gingerbread Latte


  • 1 espresso capsule
  • 2 tsp white sugar
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg, plus more for serving
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream, for serving
  • Gingerbread cookie, for serving
  • Put the white sugar into a mug and place under the coffee dispenser.
  • Brew 4 ounces of espresso into the mug.
  • Add the milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, molasses, and vanilla extract to a frother and blend on a latte, steamed milk, setting.
  • Pour the milk over the espresso. Top with whipped cream, a gingerbread cookie, and a dusting of nutmeg. Enjoy!
