Instant Vortex Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Vinegar and Honey

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  • Place the brussels sprouts in a large bowl, and toss with the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. 
  • Select -Roast- 380°F -for 12 minutes.  Press Start.  
  • Once the Air Fryer shows  ‘ADD FOOD’ , open the basket and place the brussels sprouts.  
  • Close the Air Fryer basket.  
  • Once the Air Fryer shows  ‘TURN FOOD' flip the brussels sprouts with tongs.  
  • Close the basket to continue cooking.  
  • Once the cooking cycle ends, remove the basket, and place the brussels sprouts in a large bowl. 
  • Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of oil, the balsamic vinegar, and the honey over the roasted brussels sprouts. Toss to coat evenly. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.
Notes
  • Chef’s tip: If you have some brussels sprouts that are very large, cut them into quarters. They should all be cut about the same size to ensure even cooking.
