Instant Vortex Air Fryer - Brie and Prosciutto Phyllo Rolls


  • 16 Phyllo pastry sheets
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 10 oz Brie cheese
  • 16 thin slices of prosciutto
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Place one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface. Brush the phyllo with the melted butter and place another sheet of pastry on top and flatten down.
  • On the short end of the dough, place one brie cheese slice and one prosciutto slice. Roll into a spring roll shape and repeat the process with the rest of the phyllo pastry sheets.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Set aside.
  • Select Bake – 370°F and set the time for 7 mins. Press START.
  • When preheating has finished, place rolls inside of the basket. Make sure they have enough space in between each other, bake in batches if needed.
  • When the cooking time has completed, transfer them to a serving plate. Enjoy!
